Eco Hemp Biotech  Ltd UK  is partnering with Eco Hemp Biotech Ltd “Cambodia” establishing an international Agri-technology company based in Cambodia centred on the research, development  planting, growing, cooperative farming methods  and harvesting of new and valuable strains of hemp and related crops in commercial quantities in South Asia  head quartered  within “Cambodia”.

With our extensive skills, developing technology will secure our exposure to and capacities in the hemp and related sectors through horticultural, scientific, genetic, genomic, and related advances.

Let’s Explain to You the Clear Basics Without Any Gossip and Lies. “Hemp made the United Kingdom become a world superpower. Without Hemp the Royal Navy “1660 century”  would never have been able to build the British Empire.

The first traces of hemp were found way back in 8000 BCE in Asian regions that are now modern day China and Taiwan. The oldest remnants discovered to date are hemp cords used in pottery and records that show that hemp seed and oil were used as food in China.

Hemp for the World and Cambodia means New Global Exports ,New Government Revenues,Higher Value Crops,Reduction in C02 Emissions and a Good Living Wage for Farmers and labourers.

Biotech Seed Bank

The collection and development and copywriting of our own new generation seeds we have grown and the collection of seeds from across Asia which are then nurtured and then sold into the commercial market.
Eco Hemp Biotech   is committed to preserving the genetic diversity and accessibility of the cannabis plant/seeds for future generations, and disseminating information and knowledge about the beneficial effects the plant can have when used appropriately.

Food For Human Consumption

Hemp hearts (shelled seeds) and hemp protein produced from milled seeds are highly nutritious meals containing most of the essential amino acids. Hemp seeds are known to be a good source of high quality protein and provide 9.9g of protein per 30g serve (most nuts offer between 2-6g of protein per 30g serve).
They also contain beneficial phytochemicals and antioxidant compounds that may help to lower blood pressure.A great source of magnesium, which helps regulate your heartbeat and is linked to the prevention of coronary heart disease.

Hemp Footwear

Hemp shoes are eco friendly, breathable, durable and becomes softer with wear, so breaks in well when it comes to footwear. Although many organic hemp shoes still tend to be more casual styles, designers are increasingly using the sustainable fiber for elegant shoes as well.

Hemp has many characteristic that make it ideal for use in footwear.

  • Hemp is a sustainable plant and grows easily without the use of any pesticide, herbicide, fungicides or other harmful chemicals.
  • Hemp dries quickly and doesn’t rot.
  • It is mostly organic due to the way that it is grown and produced.
  • Hemp is hypoallergenic, so will not irritate your skin.
  • Hemp is thermo regulating, so your feet will not sweat.
  • The natural anti-bacterial properties of hemp means that it does not hang on to odors like many synthetic materials. It makes it an ideal material to use in footwear.
  • Hemp fibers are extremely strong, making it durable when used in footwear.
  • Because hemp is a natural fiber, it will eventually decompose, therefore leaving a very small carbon footprint compared with synthetic vegan leather.
  • Hemp uses three times less water than cotton to be cultivated, and has a minimal impact on the soil.
Pet And Animal Food

We will be producing a wide variety of healthy animal foods at fair pricing with  high nutritional content.

Why hemp for animals? Hempseed products are high in fatty acids, protein and fiber and are shown to be a good source of minerals such as copper, iron, boron, zinc, manganese and nitrogen.

Eco Hemp Biotech is looking to develop a Dry Hemp Dog Food Supplement with a high omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids and is the only edible oil containing the immediate metabolites of linoleic and alphalinolic acids, namely gamalinolenic acid (GLA) and stearidonic acid (SDA),” Falamić said. “Owing to this, it prevents the metabolism of essential fatty acids from weakening and helps achieve a balance in the body that results from genetic factors, intake of other fats, aging and habits. The high content of omega-3 and -6 fatty acids and the relatively high content of phytosterols are beneficial to the cardiovascular system.Brand will  be announced in 2022-23

Hemp Fuel

Biodiesel

Hemp uses includes making fuel such as biodiesel. The petroleum industry has embraced the use of hemp in making its products. The greatest thing about hemp biofuel is that it can be used in cars that currently use regular oil. Unlike electric cars, nobody needs to buy new cars. We can use our existing infrastructure!

According to Thomas B. Reed, a chemical engineer at Colorado School of Mines, an acre of hemp can produce power equivalent to a thousand gallons of gasoline. Imagine the sustainability benefits that would bring. No wonder oil companies hate hemp.

Hemp Fuel  Pellets ‘’Low Ash Content’’

Fuel pellets for pellet stoves and boilers are today almost exclusively made from wood. However, hemp may start to replace wood as the prominent source of biomass for fuel pellets for domestic pellet stoves and boilers.

Currently, it’s the wood industry who have really driven the fuel pellet market. Wood pellets produce a much lower ash content compared to grass, hay or straw pellets. Furthermore, grass, hay and straw pellets can create significant issues with corrosion in the pellet stove or boiler. However, hemp fuel pellets have very similar combustion qualities to wood pellets but are made from a much more sustainable raw material. ‘’On average a Tree Takes 10 to 20 years to grow where Hemp only takes 4 months’’

Hemp Construction Materials

Building homes with hemp is one of the most promising applications of hemp. There’s several benefits that hempcrete offers. First, it acts as an amazing thermodynamic insulator, so it helps to reduce the energy costs by 50–70% annually for families (especially those in extremely cold or hot climates).

For me and my company’s vision, by developing Hemp Concrete and Hemp Concrete Blocks we can store and offset C02 for100 to 200+ years.

Hemp Concrete is also great for those who are sensitive to allergies. Regular insulators and paint can be the prime source of allergies for many people, as these conventional materials can be toxic. Made with all-natural material, can eliminate many different health problems.

Hemp Concrete also continuously absorbs CO2 as it ages, so it reduces your carbon footprint. As it absorbs CO2, the material actually becomes stronger. Essentially, a building made with hemp concrete will become stronger over time.

When it comes to construction, hemp concrete  homes have zero construction waste. When you consider that 55% of the world’s energy consumption is construction-waste related, there are huge implications on reducing our carbon footprint.

Other applications of hemp for homes are soundproof hemp walls and bash-proof hemp and lots more.

Hemp Toilet Paper

Paper is sometimes made using hemp. It is more economical to use hemp to make paper. It saves the trees and protects the wildlife and forests. This is a nice way to protect the environment. Best product we believe can change the world is hemp toilet paper. Just think how Cambodia and the rest of the world can benefit. ”.

Our first product to maximise our hemp crop usage will be  to produce our  Deluxe Toilet roll brand here in Cambodia and India.

My goal is to produce one of the first CBD toilet paper as an all-natural alternative to treat your bum a little bit better.

‘Hemp Toilet Paper is actually a lot softer than wood or even the stems of other types of shrubs. It’s these fibers that make hemp such an ideal resource for creating naturally soft toilet paper without the need for intensive processing that uses chemicals’.

Hemp Paper Products

         Why is Hemp Paper better than Tree Paper? Here are a few reasons;

  • 1 acre of Hemp can produce as much paper as 4-10 acres of trees over a 20-year cycle.
  • Hemp stalks grow in 4 months, whereas trees take 20-80 years.
  • Trees are made up of only 30% cellulose, requiring the use of toxic chemicals to remove the other 70%. Hemp, on the other hand, can have up to 85% cellulose content.
  • Hemp paper is more durable than trees. Unlike regular paper, hemp paper does not yellow, crack, or deteriorate over time.
  • Wider use of hemp paper can help sustainability efforts to reduce deforestation.
Human Hemp Nutritional Supplements

Derived from the stalk and seed of cannabis (hemp) plants as well as other plants, cannabidiol (CBD) oil or CBD hemp oil is a natural botanical concentrate that is high in the compound CBD. Pure CBD hemp oil is extracted from the cannabis varieties that are naturally abundant in CBD, and low in THC.

Highly concentrated CBD oil also contains other nutritious material such as omega-3 fatty acids, terpenes, vitamins, chlorophyll, amino acids, and other phytocannabinoids like cannabichromene (CBD), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN) and cannabidivarin (CBCV). It can be consumed directly as a nutritional supplement.

Animal Hemp Natural Supplements

HEMP IS GREAT FOR  YOUR PETS
Even though hemp is not marijuana, the Phyto cannabinoid, terpene and flavonoid profiles in hemp work perfectly for pets. Due in part to their small body size, dogs and cats can take advantage of small amounts of CBD, THC and other naturally-occurring, non-psychotropic cannabinoids found in hemp. They can thus utilize the full value of one of the most beneficial plants on Earth while avoiding the feeling of being high. Even in small concentrations, these compounds help maintain animals’ healthy digestive tracts while also aiding a normally functioning immune systems and encouraging natural immune responses to external stimuli.

HEMP SUPPLEMENTS USE MORE OF THE PLANT
When the full spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenoids from the cannabis plant, known as “whole plant,” are used, as opposed to a single-compound only product, an increase in health benefits and a decrease in adverse effects are observed. Many cannabis products do not offer animals the desired and most efficacious results of the “entourage effect” our hemp supplement provides. The entourage effect results when the entire cannabis plant’s major Phyto cannabinoids, like CBD & THC, as well as components present at the time of harvesting, are permitted to work synergistically with each other, as nature intended. Instead of focusing on one small portion of the plant, your pet can benefit from a whole plant product like Canna Companion. Our products rely on a unique, balanced approach to cannabinoid ratios and terpenoid combinations, allowing for low average CBD mg/product. What this means for your pet is a better supplement delivered in small quantities specifically designed to support the endocannabinoid system’s health benefits while greatly limiting adverse effects.

Whole-sale Medical Cannabis Supply ‘Export only’.

Wholesale supply for overseas pharmaceutical companies’ base materials grown within secure restricted Bonded Warehouses and Highly Secured Hydroponics Farming units and exported under rigorous security and legal methods.

Medical Cannabis is revolutionizing the way several ailments are being treated worldwide, especially in the United States. Researchers are increasingly studying chemicals found within cannabis — cannabinoids — to discover new medical applications.

Today, some of the most well-known cannabinoids are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabinol (CBN) and cannabidiol (CBD). CBD in particular has drawn the attention of several researchers, many of whom are studying its impact on epilepsy, neuropsychiatric disorders, cancer, anxiety, and other conditions.
Recently, the FDA approved the use of CBD to treat two types of epilepsy.
Legalized medical marijuana, now available in 33 states, is also helping supplant opioid treatment of chronic pain. In one medical marijuana study, 80% of users said the drug helped reduce chronic pain, and 50% of those had previously been treated with opioids. That has resulted in falling opioid prescriptions in states where marijuana is legalized. Over 100 cannabinoids have been found within the plant, and as research continues, medical applications could become widespread.

Legalization of Cannabis for Medical Use in Thailand

Before Thailand Develops This Huge Industry “I Want Cambodia to be an Active Global Exporter”:
Canada is among just a small handful of countries (along with the Netherlands and, soon, Australia and Israel) that are allowed to export medical marijuana. Aurora Cannabis (NYSE:ACB), the Canadian grower expected to produce more weed annually than its competitors (570,000 kilograms), assuming its buyout of MedReleaf is completed, is going all-in on the global medical market.

For example, Aurora Cannabis announced in early January that it was partnering with Alfred Pedersen & Son in Denmark to produce up to 120,000 kilograms of cannabis a year. By retrofitting tomato- and pepper-producing greenhouses to grow cannabis, the Aurora Nordic project should be able to save on costs and reach the Scandinavian markets with ease.

Hemp Plastics

Plastic products made from hemp are usually biodegradable and can aid in reducing landfills. In the past, hemp used spanned packing materials and products like CD jewel cases-plates-boards and so much more.

Hemp plastic could do anything that conventional plastic can do. The biggest problem using hemp plastic commercially is that it is cost prohibitive. Since farming is still largely regulated, hemp is still in short supply.

Yet, it is important to know that hemp plastic is much more durable and sustainable. As we have discussed earlier, hemp plastic could be used to make cars (more durable than steel), sunglasses, pens, and more! You could even use hemp filaments in a 3D printer to print out whatever you design.

Hemp Water CO2

Hemp’s version of Vitamin Water – Hemp water. This herbal water is packed with vitamins B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C and Omega 3. It contains all of the essential amino-acids which help support muscle growth and is low in saturated fats. Using only organic ingredients, Hemp water has antioxidant properties, fatty acids, and is completely gluten-free!

Hemp Diary

Like Soya and Almond milk alternatives,
Hemp milk is made from grinding hemp seeds with water. Having a strong nutty taste, this milk will not be everyone’s favourite. But it does offer a healthy alternative for those looking for milks other than animal dairy.

Animal Dairy is a serious problem in Cambodia and other poor Asain and African countries as it is highly expensive to the poor whose children need it the most for strong bone and body development .

We at Eco Hemp Biotech intent to farm and develop a high quality low cost milk product alternative that can be supplied to the local market at a fraction of the cost of Animal Milk, by doing this we can develop a stronger child policy of well being and allow the poorest in society access to a high calcium milk source for their children.

Hemp Essential Oils

Even more rare than hemp extracts, hemp essential oil is made by steam distilling the upper leaves and flowers of the hemp plant. This captures the pure essence of the plant. Pale yellow to light green in colour with a highly concentrated therapeutic aroma. It takes over fifty pounds to make 1 ounce of hemp essential oil.
It is also one of the most expensive oils in the world – and contains no THC or CBD. Hemp essential oil is well known for its essential oil aroma and therapeutic abilities on the central nervous system. There are so many ways to use hemp essential oil to help relieve anxiety and sleep issues. The oil may be used in diffusers – added to hot steamy bathwater, mixed with carrier oils for massages. Kushed, a boutique brand based out of California, uses hemp essential oil by blending it with other pure essential oils to create natural remedies for those caught up in the busy modern day lives.

Animal Bedding

Using hemp hurds for animal bedding can have many benefits. Hemp is extremely absorbent as it can hold 4X its own weight and lasts much longer than pine or straw bedding.

Hemp bedding is very low dust, which is great for horses with respiratory issues. It also reduces odour better than straw or wood shavings. This is great for chicken owners, who often incur ammonia from the chicken scat.

Hemp bedding is very economical for the farmers, as it lasts longer and reduces the products’ loss to waste. This, in turn, saves the consumer money. Lastly, hemp bedding is completely biodegradable. It naturally decomposes into the earth.

A Cambodian and Global Solution

Hemp is Cambodia’s Unique Global Solution To Help Us And The Cambodian Government and People Before Other Countries Take the Lead.

Hemp was once praised to have thousands of different potential applications. Considering that, we are still at the infancy of realizing what all hemp can do. With the passing of the Industrial Hemp Act in 2014 USA, now global farmers have started to grow hemp again especially in the US after 77 years of prohibition.
As the supply and awareness of hemp continues to grow, innovation will only accelerate. With the world focused on sustainability and curbing our carbon footprint, hemp can be at the forefront of many eco-friendly practices.

Back to Who We Are

Eco Hemp  Biotech UK with our licensed technology partners, strategically Cambodia and other South Asia regions will benefit from their positive climatic conditions for desired horticulture, political and social acceptance of hemp and associated products, existing agricultural and processing infrastructure, when using our licensed genetics and hybridization processes.

World-wide social and business trends are embracing legalization of Cannabis sativa which may drive demand for advanced genetic cultivars.
Deployable licensed technology is needed to develop varieties of hemp for optimal growth/ production in local environments. Focus on those genetic strains which offer the greatest potential for development of new products with applications in a broad range of areas.
Genetic hybridization provides a discernible benefit to produce along the food, fuel, fibre, and foundation pillars of the hemp industry, and to support and stimulate local sectors.

Our Research Goals

Seed Breeding
Breeding involves intensive selection of various traits, including time of flowering, flower and seed yield, oil and protein composition of hemp seeds, cannabinoid levels and ratios, fibre yield and quality as well as potential medicinal properties of extracts.

Genetics
Genetics as science and technology that allows to capture genomic profiles of individual varieties or cultivars and use this knowledge to bioengineer new hemp and related varieties with specific characteristics such as unique phytocannabinoid CBD and THC profiles.

Hybridization
Hybridization as an integral breeding process allows to isolate plants with unique traits (properties) and use them for cross-pollination or hybridization, thus allowing to create new varieties with unique trait combinations. Such hybrids may be obtained by cross-pollination of any two varieties of hemp or cannabis obtaining hybrid varieties with changes in overall seed and oil yield, time to fruition, resistance to pests, geometric traits (uniformity, compactness, flower density, etc.), colour, flavour/ aroma, end-user appeal, CBD and/or psychoactive qualities, and flower trichome density and type (stalked or sessile).

Production Research and Development

Advanced research for breeding and cultivation of hemp and other varieties with development of products from flowers, seeds, and stems in licensed tropical and subtropical South Asia regions with outdoor and indoor cultivation.
